The Big boy

The “Big Boy” was designed in collaboration with Brad Leone. Taking inspiration from one of Brad’s favorite knives, the once discontinued (recently re-released) Lamson Sharp Westernized Chinese Cleaver, we came up with this beautiful and incredibly functional knife.

With its incredibly thin and sharp edge, the “Big Boy” makes cutting vegetables into paper thin slices an effortless task, and it will make cutting boneless proteins a breeze.
