A nice petit 6.5” Gyuto hand forged from a Blue Steel #2 High carbon steel core jacketed with Nickel silver, O2, 1095, 15n20 and Wrought Iron. Loads of really cool activity in the steel, fantastic edge retention and the steel will surely patina beautifully with a bit of care. The blade has a very thin edge perfect for clean precise cuts.
The handle is made with a stabilized blue curly mango bolster, white G10 spacer and stabilized blue curly redwood handle.
