A 7” santoku hand forged from 26c3 high carbon steel, heat treated to 63-64 HRC.

Paired with a sculpted western style handle made from an ancient stabilized Bog Oak bolster, black and red G10 spacers and a stabilized and dyed red karelian birch handle.

This blade is ready for daily use, santoku means three virtues which is relating to it’s great use for meat, fish and vegetables.
