A 7.8” hand forged Kiritsuke made of 1095 high carbon steel. A clean karouchi finish over a 36” hollow ground double bevel with a thin edge. A rounded spine and choil for maxium comfort. Paired with a dowel fit stabilized Hawaiian Silkwood right handed D handle.
