A very special 8.25” Gyuto. Hand forged Wrough Iron cladding over a nickel shim and 26C3 high carbon steel core. Paired with an African Blackwood bolster, brass and mammoth tooth spacers and an incredibly high end stabilized Amboyna Burl handle. The blade has a nice forged distal taper, nice and chunky at the heel and super fine towards the tip with a laser thin edge along the entire length of the blade.
