Here’s a stunning hand forged 8.5” integral chefs knife.
Hand forged from 52100 High carbon steel, paired with a double dyed Maple burl handle and g10 spacers. This blade features a forced patina which will continue to evolve over time. A fantastic consistent distal taper down the spine of the blade allowing for fine cuts toward the tip and more heft at the heel.
