Big Boy V3 is here sooner than expected! We began working on them during the production of V2 so we would be able to get as fast of a release as possible. This time they are ready to ship instead of pre ordered!

Made from very high quality AEBL Stainless steel hardened and cryogenically treated for optimal performance paired with beautiful natural Holly wood bolster and high grade Ironwood burl handles. These knives are clean and classy.

The Big Boy is one hefty blade, the weight of the blade alone, paired with its extra fine and sharp edge, does most of the effort in slicing ingredients. Perfect for vegetables and boneless protein prep (really anything but extra hard ingredients like bone, sugar, concrete…).
