Made from 52100 high carbon steel with a “rainbow wagyu” patina paired with a solid dowel fit black dyed and stabilized Maple burl handle.

The Big Boy is one hefty blade, the weight of the blade alone, paired with its extra fine and sharp edge, does most of the effort in slicing ingredients. Perfect for vegetables and boneless protein prep (really you can cut anything except for extra hard ingredients like solid bone, sugar rocks, concrete…)
