Made from 52100 high carbon steel with a botanical image of Acacia Confusa, the tree the handle material was harvested from, engraved on the left face of the blade. Paired with a stabilized Acacia Confuse handle and black G10 spacer. The Big Boy is one hefty blade, the weight of the blade alone, paired with its fine and sharp edge, does most of the effort in slicing ingredients. Perfect for vegetables and boneless protein prep (you can cut pretty much anything except for extra hard ingredients like thick solid bone, sugar rocks, concrete…)8” Blade length, 3” height.
