The Quadrifoglio Cleaver is a BEAST of a blade.

Hand forged from 1095 and 15n20 high carbon steels laminated into one piece of steel then forged into this 1lb 10oz (743 grams) cleaver.

Quadrifoglio meaning four leaf clover, named after the four leaf clover hand filed out of the nose of the cleaver which has been polished inside allowing the etch to reveal all of the contrasting layers of steel.

The blades cutting edge is 7.25” with an overall length of 13.5”

The handle is made up of a 34 pieces, Black g10 liners and pins, with white corian bolsters inlaid with heirloom bit buffalo horn buttons, black and white g10 spacers surrounding a mammoth tooth collar and a dyed and stabilized buckeye burl handle. With the entirety of the blade etched and polished the pattern runs down the spine into the handle wrapping around out and down the choil of the blade.

Ready for heavy meat prep, tested chopping bone and antler, this blade is good to go!
